Used with the APTC (All Purpose Train Control), TrackSide R/C (6th Generation), or any device you would like to activate via a magnet on the train, and a reed switch in the track. Switch is located in the center of the track in an easily movable mount. Contacts close when activated by a magnet within 1/4".
Magnet is 1/2" dia. x 1/4" thick to be mounted on loco or rail car.
