These are replacement labels for your RailBoss 4 transmitter.
"Old Label" is the original RailBoss 4 TX label which had Sound 3/4 functions on the right side, and toggle track/station on the left.
"New Label" has Out 3/4 functions on the left side, and toggle track/station on the right.
"Trackside Label" is for use with the Trackside R/C system. Forward/Reverse on the left.
Note: All RailBoss 6-button transmitters are identical except for the label. Newer software versions of the RailBoss Receivers have user programmable options to move the sound 3/4 (Out 3/4) functions to either the left or right side. Between the labels and the programming options, you should be able to make all of your TXs work the same.
